The Lyon based Zingiber clan return with a fresh EP from Portuguese new-comers: Under The Radar. The digital and wax house heads continue to pump out the magic during the lock-down with a sequence of engaging drops from talented individuals in the deep-tech circuit including Lose Endz, Legit Trip, Rotty and Ilya Schulz. ZNGBRDGTL17 throws out 4 scorching beats from UTR that are designed with the terraces in mind and each one is packed with it’s own attitude and mode.

They kicks things off in searing fashion with A-side ‘Ask 4 More’. A mesmeric deep-house cut that slides into proceedings with a scintillating groove that rides the beat like the Ibiza shores and builds as the track progresses. The uplifting chords and simmering synths create a totally evoking mood and set the tone for the rest of the EP. Next up, ‘Ready’ takes things down a techier motion and warms up the dance-floor with a vigorous bassline that will get the whole crowd 2-stepping. ‘Just Groove’ provides a breather and applies a focus on the rhythm and sharp beats whilst maintaining the energy of it’s predecessor. We get some serious James Dexter esque, minimal frequencies on the final cut of the EP: ‘Studio’ a pulsating deeper weapon that poses trance-inducing reflexes with it’s hypnotic vocal chops and enraptured atmosphere.
