South African heads FIELDTRIP spawn with their first official release, containing 4 wicked cuts from a selection of local talents. The rising brand have hit the ground running with a series of infectious parties, hosting an array of intimate raves at secret locations in the African sunshine. Paving the foundations and amplifying the rising buzz in the Rainbow nation for deep, underground house music. They now take things to the next level in the shape of their own label-imprint and TRIP001 is a staple taste of their groovy, forward-thinking sound.

Toochi launced his musical project just last year and after a debut release on Hector Couto’s mighty ‘Roush’ imprint, the Johannesberg born producer has made massive strides with further releases on Innocent, Play Groove and Whoyostro. Support from leading industry names continues to pour in for his music and in particularly special fashion with Marco Carola recently spinning his track ‘Rituals’ during his Club Space set in Miami. He is also the bossman of his own label: ‘Gaplife’ which also has major plans to showcase local talent and further elevate the South African sound onto the global stages.
