Deeperfect advance in their surge through the haze by serving up three brand new curb-crawlers from Liverpool badboy Ray Mono. Until the halt of all musical endeavours Mono was on a complete mad one, cementing tunes on a banquet of titan labels including: Moan, DoNotSleep, INKAL / META, RAWMoments and hedZup. Most recently linking up with the Fuse London crew to bring his dexterous beats to their new sub-imprint LOCUS. His ‘Beats By Ray’ show also occupies a space on Rinse FM and is a go-to for pulsing house music from a selection of the scene’s heavyweights. His infectious, rolling beats are pure party-starters and Deeperfect is an obvious HQ for his next instalment of techy beats.

Inspired by many seasons on the White Isle and growing a vast knowledge of how to make the dance-floor snap into action, the Momentum EP combines a trio of styles that are fit to engage in all angles of a set. ‘Momentum’ kicks things off with a bomb and it’s fierce, driving bassline carries a warning to be used only at peak moments. ‘Geoverse’ cools off the intensity but maintains a strong rhythm with a focus on building groove. ‘Lock Down’ complete’s the final act with one last weapon that produces another tough, no-nonsense bassline with sharp drums and mysterious effects.
